RunCloud Show Episode 1, Concrete5

Our first episode features Franz Maruna and Andrew Embler of Concrete5.

Franz and Andrew shared how they started Concrete back in 2003 but only released it publicly, open source in 2008. Because it was their fifth iteration, they decided to call it Concrete “5”.

Concrete5 was so revolutionary because it was the first content management system that featured “in-context” editing, where you edit your content on the design itself, and not from some back end panel.

Learn more about their stories, how Concrete5 has evolved and what they have planned in the future.

It was great to talk to Franz and Andrew.
